Korg WAVESTATION | Hardware versus VST shootout

Let's put the Korg Wavestation Legacy Edition VST software plugin head-to-head against my original Korg Wavestation EX from 1991. We'll play some of the trademark evolving pads and wave sequences on the hardware, capture the audio and midi, and then play the same midi data through the Korg Wavestation VST to hear how it stacks up against the original.

The Synth Sounds of Stranger Things | Reverb.com

Netflix's "Stranger Things" has seemingly taken over popular culture, in no small part thanks to its moody, synthesized soundtrack by Kyle Dixon and Michael Stein. In this video, Justin DeLay attempts to take us in to the Analog Upside-Down and show you how to approximate some of these fantastic sounds on analog synthesizers of the day.

8:34 U-He Repro 5 vs Prophet 5

U-He Repro 5 vs Prophet 5

Comparing the U-He Repro-5 with the real Prophet 5.

In Part 1 you hear an A/B comparison. I tried to reprogram some of my Prophet patches on the Repro-5 as close as possible.

Part 2 stacks them both together using the Midi out of the Prophet, basically giving me a Prophet 10.

Part 3 is a challenge for you. I always play on the Prophet, but sometimes you hear the Prophet, sometimes you hear the Repro. Please leave a comment with your assumption wich is wich.

ESI 2000 / 4000 / 32 #oldschool Sampler Demo, a few of my favorite sounds

Here you see my favorite Sampler with couple of my favorite sounds, some are selfmade. I love this Instrument, because of its compact dimension, good sound and easy to use interface.
sadly the are some recording distortions on the sound peaks, try to fix that at the next time.
If you want to see more or hear more of this sweetie, please post me in the comments!
