DIY: Wrapping Rims in Matte Black Vinyl
I wanted to try a new style for my winter rims, and instead of pinting them i wrapped them in vinyl, Costs about $10 a rim. http://www.ebay.ca/itm/321097538225 This short video shows you how to wrap a rim quickly(sped up 3x), There really is no downfall to doing this, faster and cheaper then painting, the vinyl only weighs.4 ounces or about 50 grams. and thats spread out throughout the rim and if you dont like it then just peal it off. The Chinese automotive industry quite admires the looks of the global SUVs. And one among them is the Jeep Wrangler. The Chinese made BAIC X424, looks quite similar to the Jeep Wrangler. The whole design is a copy from the Jeep. Only minor details have been changed but overall, the profile and the looks, are similar to that on the Wrangler.

The Chinese automaker, JAC, has come up with their SUV model called the P241, which borrows its styling and design from the Mercedes GL Class. They have combined the same headlamps, and similarly styled DRLs on their front bumper. Which made this vehicle, to be listed among Chinese copycat cars.

In the first glance itself, the Chinese brand, Land Wind X7 will make most peoples suspect that it is Range Rover Evoque. It is only when you look at a few details, that you can tell it apart.
The coupe like profile, the headlamp design, as well as the tail lamp design, are very similar to that on the Range Rover Evoque.

Maybe, because it's made in china.

And one among them is the BYD T6, which looks exactly the same as the Cayenne from the front. The only noticeable difference is that the BYD badge sat on the grill instead of the Porsche logo on the bonnet.

The Lithia is an electric EV concept that was shown at the Beijing Motorshow. The company claims that the car has a range of 150 km. The reason why this car is on the list of Chinese copycat cars, is because of its resemblance to the Audi R8. The side fins and the roof design have been totally copied from the R8.

There is a company called Diablo in China which produced a car called the VT. It looks identical to the legendary Lamborghini Diablo. The company claimed to be the first supercar builder of China. People who are not that observant can easily mistake, the Diablo VT, as the Diablo of Lamborghini, since the copy has been done very accurately.

In terms of power, The Rolls Royce gets a massive 6.75 liter V12 Engine, While the Geely makes it with a 3.5 liter V6 Engine. And lot cheaper than the Rolls Royce Phantom.
