Automatic ID Card Creation in Microsoft word Part-2 | includes picture

Hi friends, In this tutorial video you can easily learn how to create Automatic ID card includes Picture in Microsoft Word. I showing you step by step School Demo Identity Card below these step

a — At first entire the Details of four student like name, father's Name, Address, Contact, Roll No and Photo.
b — In Photo Field where add/paste each student photo details location by click hyperlink
c — After add photo details you must edit double \\
d — Then open Ms document set page setup identity card size height and width like 3 and 2 point 1
e- design single identity card format
f — use existing list to select saving excel sheet file
g — Add insert merge field
h — In the area of photo insert the pointer PRESS Ctrl and F9
i — Put includepicture space double quotation then click insert photo merge fields
j — click finish and merge tab — click ALL — Ok to display selected no of identity card like four ID card
k — Display only text details then Press Ctrl plus A to select all
l — Finally Press F9 to display Photo file

In this way you can generate automatic ID card creation in word includes picture
