Grebennikov platform

Viktor Grebennikov is a Russian artist who supposedly discovered and developed the so-called gravitational platform which utilized the Earth gravitational field for levitation and propulsion even creating the protective field arround it. That would allow, according to inventor's claims, navigate it through the air with fantastic speeds not being affected by inertia and winds.

ANTIGRAVITY LIFTER CREATES ARTIFICIAL GRAVITY ASYMMETRICAL CAPACITOR
