Всем привет, друзья! Меня зовут Андрей! И сегодня покажу Вам простой и максимально наглядный способ как сделать крутой мощный нагнетатель воздуходув своими руками из подручных материалов в домашних условиях.
Нам понадобиться:
— коробка для дисков (компакт-дисков, CD, DVD) — электро двигатель на 12 В и 6000 rpm или более, — пластиковая бутылка, — пустой металлический флакон, — крышка от пластиковой бутылки, — отрезок пластиковой трубы, — термоклеевой пистолет, — ножовка, нож, ножницы и пр.
Такая воздуходувка достаточно мощная. Работает как от блока питания, так и от аккумуляторной батареи, например, от шуруповерта. Такой воздушный нагнетатель отлично подойдет для уборки сухой листвы, пыли, продувки системного блока и прочих подобных устройств, для нагнетания воздуха в горны и прочее.

This is one of the projects that I've been wanting to make for years. Fortunately, now that I own a mini 5 axis milling machine I can finally attempt it. Last September I managed to mill the compressor wheel and I was really amazed. This is the part that scared me the most though. It's geometry is very intricate and the only way it can be done is with molding. In this part I'm making the supercharger's housing, which for me, was absolutely the most difficult piece for this build.

This is part 2 of the micro Tesla turbine mk2 building series. It took way longer than I was expecting, due to the fact that I had to rebuilt the rotor. I run into some issues while making it and the one you see on the video is practically the 4th rotor (and succesful) and each one was taking roughly 4-5 days to make. The new rotor has 22 total discs (instead of 18 that the original had). The most important thing though (and the reason that I had to remake it) was the spacers between the discs that are held in the 4 supporting tubes, which are way small in diameter thatn the original ones (1.9mm vs 7mm) allowing more airflow between the discs and thus increacing the boundary layer effect. I didn't finish the build on this part because the video is already lenghty and I didn't want to make you lose interest

Переделка компьютерного вентилятора. Из обычного кулера от компа делаем вентилятор улитку.
Процесс переделки обычного компьютерного вентилятора в вентилятор улитку. Как можно самому переделать кулер от компа в вентилятор улитка. Если нам надо сконцентрировать поток воздуха и направить его в некий воздухопровод, то обычный вентилятор с согнутыми лопастями для этого не совсем годится. Будет очень маленький КПД. Для этих целей лучше использовать вентилятор улитку. Его мы попытаемся сделать путём переделки обычного кулера от компьютера. Как именно мы это сделаем смотрите данное видео и пробуйте повторить сами.
