We start the day on a large field of 40 hectare /100 acre on which onions have been grown this year this needs to be prepared for next seasons crop (potato or sugar beet). In the afternoon we move to another field where the last sugar beets are harvested. After harvesting this field also needs to ploughed before wheat can be drilled.

John Deere Mähdrescher S685i -12,34m Schneidwerk-biggest combine harvester- Weizen dreschen / mähen

Der neue John Deere Mähdrescher (Anschaffungsjahr 2014) aus der S-Serie S685i ist eine der größten und leistungsfähigsten Erntemaschine in Deutschland. Ausgestattet mit Raupenantrieb und einem 12, 34 m Erntevorsatz ( zentralem Bandschneidwerk) 640D, wohl das breiteste Schneidwerk in Europa. Das Schneidwerk wird mit Stützrädern, sowie geteilter Haspel bei der Getreideernte bzw. Weizen-, Gersten-, Roggen- und Triticaleernte 2015 eingesetzt.

Die Getreideernte 2015 hat mit der Gerste begonnen. Diese Erntemaschine kann mit diesem Schneidwerk Weizen, Roggen, Triticale und Gerste mähen bzw. dreschen.

Für Raps ( im Film wird das Rapsschneidwerk vom John Deere Trecker gezogen) und Mais werden besondere Schneidwerke benötigt.

Ein Jahr ist schon wieder vorbei — die Getreideernte 2015 hat mit dem Mähen der Gerste begonnen. Auch das Dreschen von Weizen, Triticale, Roggen, Mais (Körnermais) und Raps beginnt bald wieder für die Erntemaschinen in der Landwirtschaft.

Per tutti noi appassionati e utilizzatori di macchine agricole la stagione del "trinciato" ha sempre avuto un fascino particolare e quel qualcosa in più a livello attrattivo rispetto ad ogni altra lavorazione. Motivo principale crediamo sia senza dubbio il gran numero di mezzi coinvolti.
L'anno 2015 ha visto l'ingresso di una nuova protagonista del trinciato che ha fatto e farà molto parlare di sé nei prossimi anni: trattasi della nuova trincia semovente serie 8000 di John Deere. Essendo, non una delle novità, ma per molti, la novità dell'anno, è sicuramente stata nel corso del 2015 soggetto della ricerca e della curiosità di molti e non possiamo escludere da questa moltitudine nemmeno noi del team di AgroWorld.
"Agromeccanica Danelli" con sede nel comune di Vailate in provincia di Cremona è stata una delle prime aziende ad acquistare e a ricevere questo nuovo prodotto di John Deere, nello specifico, una 8600i. Grazie a loro noi di AgroWorld abbiamo potuto vederla al lavoro e riprenderla.
La nuova serie 8000 di trince semoventi John Deere risulta disponibile in Italia per l'anno 2015 in quattro modelli, 8300, 8400, 8500 e 8600. Tutti i quattro modelli hanno in comune il motore, ossia un PowerTech PSX di John Deere da 13, 5 litri, 6 cilindri in linea, conforme alle normative sulle emissioni corrispondenti allo step Final Tier 4. La potenza massima di queste macchine varia dai 490 cv / 360kW per la 8300 ai 625 cv / 460 kW per la 8600; i modelli 8400 e 8500 invece sviluppano rispettivamente una potenza massima di 540 cv / 397 kW e di 585 cv / 430 kW. Per l'anno 2016 saranno disponibili due ulteriori modelli, identificati con le sigle 8700 e 8800, i quali, disponendo di una maggiore potenza data dal generoso motore Cummins QSK 19, 6 cilindri in linea conforme alle normative sulle emissione Tier 2, con 19000 cc di cilindrata, andranno a completare la gamma. Per gli interessati la 8700 disporrà di una potenza massima di 766 cv / 563 kW mentre la 8800 di 843 cv / 620 kW.
: Solo a livello informativo diciamo che nella serie 8000 sono presenti altri due modelli, 8100 e 8200, ma non sono disponibili per il mercato italiano.
Nello sviluppo di questa nuova trincia John Deere sembra che abbia dato molto spazio agli utilizzatori usufruendo così di pratici consigli per migliorare in efficienza, qualità del prodotto, comfort, trazione, redditività e affidabilità. Tutte queste voci sono identificative del prodotto serie 8000 di John Deere.
Torniamo però ora al modello del video, la 8600i. "Agromeccanica Danelli" ha accoppiato la propria macchina con una testata Kemper 460 Plus in colorazione John Deere. Questa testata ha una larghezza di lavoro di 6 metri e di trasporto di 3 metri. Durante il lavoro permette di "inglobare" fino a otto file di mais contemporaneamente. Caratteristica che la distingue è la presenza di quattro "rotori" di grandi dimensioni aventi tutti il medesimo diametro.
Per quanto riguarda le dirette concorrenti possiamo dire guardando la potenza sviluppata che la 8600i dovrà "vedersela" con Claas Jaguar 960 (motore Mercedes Benz 15600 cc 6 cilindri in linea che sviluppa 626 cv / 460 kW a 1700 giri/min), Krone Big X 600 (motore Man V8 da 16, 16l con 624 cv / 459 kW), Krone Big X 630 nuovo modello che probabilmente sostituirà la Big X 600 (motore MTU 15, 6l 6 cilindri in linea da 626 cv / 460 kW) e la nuova New Holland FR 650 (motore FPT Cursor 16 6 cilindri a 15927 cc di cilindrata che sviluppa una potenza max di 653 cv / 480 kW).
Augurando a tutti una buona visione concludiamo dicendo che insieme alla trincia sono presenti diversi trattori John Deere serie 7010, 6020 e 6030 tutti abbinati a rimorchi a tre assi, uno solamente con un due assi. I rimorchi presenti sono Ravizza e Vaia.

LEMKEN Karat12/500 KUA

Zur flachen und tieferen Bearbeitung bis 30 cm, besonders auf schwereren Böden im pfluglosen Bestellverfahren, stellt LEMKEN den neuen Karat 12 vor. Vier Reihen Zinken mit ca. 23 cm Strichabstand bewirken die benötigte Lockerung und je nach Scharform die entsprechende Mischung des Bodens. Mit acht Scharvarianten stehen für alle Einsatzbedingungen die richtigen Werkzeugkombinationen zur Verfügung. Sie lassen sich mit der optionalen Schnellwechseleinrichtung einfach und schnell tauschen. Für besonders hohe Flächenleistungen empfiehlt sich der Einsatz der neuen, hartmetallbeschichteten Scharspitzen.
Selbst bei großen Mengen von organischem Material bieten 80 cm Rahmenhöhe und 80 bzw. 90 cm Balkenabstand ausreichend Freiraum. Wie bei den anderen Grubber-Baureihen Kristall und Karat 9 sorgen auch beim Karat 12 Hohlscheiben für die optimale Einebnung. Scheiben und Nachläufer sind als Einheit ausgeführt, so dass bei veränderter Arbeitstiefe die Scheiben nicht verstellt werden müssen.
Das Fahrwerk des neuen LEMKEN-Grubbers ist zwischen Zinken und Hohlscheiben integriert. Der Grubber ist damit äußerst kompakt, standsicher und am Vorgewende sowie beim Straßentransport extrem wendig. Dank der günstigen Gewichtsverteilung sind auch schwerere Nachlaufwalzen einsetzbar, um eine gute Rückverfestigung zu erreichen.
In der Grundausrüstung ist der Karat 12 mit wartungsfreien automatischen Überlastsicherungen ausgestattet. Die Zinken können bis zu 20 cm hoch ausweichen, so dass in steinigen Bedingungen sicher und störungsfrei gearbeitet werden kann. Auslösekräfte von mehr als 550 kg gewährleisten dabei den festen Sitz der Zinken im Boden.
Mit der hydraulischen Tiefeneinstellung kann die Arbeitstiefe während der Fahrt bequem vom Traktorsitz aus stufenlos über die Nachlaufwalzen eingestellt werden. Zur exakten Tiefenführung verfügt jede Walzen-Hohlscheibeneinheit über einen Pendelausgleich für einen ruhigen Lauf und eine konstante Tiefenführung.
Für den neuen Karat 12 ist zusätzlich eine hydraulische Traktionsverstärkung erhältlich. Hierdurch wird der Schlupf reduziert und damit Kraftstoff eingespart.
Für kupiertes Gelände empfiehlt sich die Ausrüstung mit ContourTrack, der elektrohydraulischen Kontouranpassung über Tasträder. Ein optimales Arbeitsergebnis bei konstanter Arbeitstiefe ist somit auch bei länger gebauten Grubbern garantiert.
Der neue LEMKEN Karat 12 wird in aufgesattelter Ausführung in Arbeitsbreiten von 4 bis 7 Meter an den Start gehen.

LEMKEN has developed the new Karat 12 for both shallow and deep no-tillage cultivation up to 30 cm depth, especially in heavier soils. Four rows of tines with a line distance of about 23 cm deliver the desired loosening effect as well as effective mixing, depending on share type. With eight available share types, there will always be just the perfect combination of tools for any working conditions. An optional quick-change system ensures that shares can be easily and quickly swapped. The use of the new, carbide-coated K8H share points is recommended for superior acreage performance.
An underframe clearance of 80 cm and an interbody clearance of 90 respectively 80 cm can make easy work of large volumes of organic materials. The Karat 12 features concave discs for optimal levelling, as do LEMKEN’s other cultivator models, the Kristall and Karat 9. The discs and trailing roller are designed as a single unit to ensure that the discs do not need to be adjusted even when the working depth is changed.
The carriage of LEMKEN’s new cultivator is integrated between the tines and concave discs, resulting in a highly compact and stable cultivator that is at the same time extremely agile at the headlands and during road transport. The favourable weight distribution allows the use of heavy trailing rollers to achieve good reconsolidation.
The standard equipment of the Karat 12 includes maintenance-free automatic overload protection. The tines are able to deflect vertically by up to 20 cm, providing for confident, disruption-free work even in stony soils. Trigger forces in excess of 550 kg ensure that the tines remain firmly engaged with the soil.
The hydraulic depth adjustment allows operators to adjust the working depth continuously via the trailing rollers, all from the comfort of the tractor cabin during operation. Each roller/concave disc unit is equipped with a self-levelling system for precise and constant depth control and smooth operation.
Hydraulic traction enhancement is available as an option for the Karat 12 to reduce slip and thus reduce fuel consumption.
The ContourTrack option, which provides electro-hydraulic adaptation to surface contours via depth control wheels, is recommended to ensure consistent working depths, which can often be problematic in hilly terrain. This ensures optimum working results even with longer cultivators.
The new semi-mounted Karat 12 will be available in working widths from four to seven metres.

Ploegen en kopeggen in één werkgang met een John Deere 7280R met Kverneland 5 schaar EG 100 ploeg van akkerbouwbedrijf Van Der Eijk uit Numansdorp / Zeewolde.
In de fronthef een zelf gebouwde dubbele Lemken Zirkon 10/450 rotorkopeg. Op dit perceel worden volgend jaar suikerbieten gezaaid en door het land direct na het ploegen vlak te leggen met de rotoreg gaat in het maken van het maken van het zaaibed in het voorjaar gemakkelijker.
