How to remove fuser, drum unit and transef belt in the Samsung laser printer CLP310, CLP310N, CLP315, CLP320, CLP325 — Use the CC button to activate subtitles in your language!
In the Samsung CLP-315 CLP-320 printer series the transfer-belt error will show as a constant red light on display, during initialisation/warm-up and after powering on. The Smart Panel utility, that comes with the printer drivers, will tell you the precise error.

DIY video tutorial on how to repair the Samsung CLP-315, CLP-301 laser printer «paper jam» problem, where the paper stops printing about halfway through for no apparent reason. My printer worked great otherwise, but was out of warranty. It would have been less expensive to get a new printer.
The problem is a very cheap sensor.

Ben tears apart a broken laser printer to see what parts he can salvage from it. He finds a variety of useful items from springs to opto-interrupters and muses about how the parts can be incorporated into future projects. How to reset, extent the life of the Samsung CLT-R409, CLT-R407 Drum Unit
Most of the printer manufacturer set the page count chip inside the drum unit, when the counter reaches xxx pages that the manufacture set, the printer will shut off the drum unit. If at that time your printer still printing good copies, just replace the chip inside the drum unit and can use it for another Cycle or 2. Save $$$.

Samsung CLX-3175FN — Paper Jam 0 Problem
I have a Samsung CLX-3175FN that constantly has a Paper Jam 0 error. I have read several forums that suggested replacing the pickup roller.
I have replaced the pickup roller (PNJC97-03028A) and the Photo-Interrupter (PN 0604-001393) which was also suggested but nothing seems to fix this issue. Can anyone suggest some things to try?
