Multi Crop Separator Plus Increased active grain separation in tough conditions.
The MCS has one unique feature that sets it apart from the rest, the ability to rotate the concave up over the top of the rotary separator when it is not required. The MCS concave is moved electrically, requiring no tools. This makes it possible to optimise machine performance in dry conditions reducing the load on the shaker shoes and considerably improving the straw quality.

Kombajn samoróbka z Sanoka (silnik 1HC102R1) (Muzeum Wsi Radomskiej)
Kombajn własnej konstrukcji Józefa Oklejewicza z Sanoka. Kombajn został zbudowany w roku 1990 i przez ponad 10 szeoznów służył w gospodarstwie Oklejewicza a także usługowo u jego sąsiadów. Jako baza wykorzystana jest młocarnia wąskomłotna czyszcząca MZC-4B „Lublinianka” (zakupiona nowa w Agromie). Z przodu dobudowano do niej pomocniczą ramę nośną z kształtowników stalowych. Na ramie znajduje się zespół napędowy z silnikiem rolniczym Andoria 1HC102R1, popularnie zwanym S-15 (również prosto z Agromy). Pozostałe części są jednak historyczne: sprzęgło i skrzynia biegów pochodzi z amerykańskiego wojskowego samochodu terenowego Dodge WC51 z lat 1940, a most napędowy ze złomowanego polskiego Żuka. Znajdują się tu także pomocnicze przekładnie (w tym jedna łańcuchowa), które zapewniają właściwy kierunek obrotów i solidną redukcję szybkości, gdyż kombajn na polu porusza się bardzo wolno. Silnik zapewnia zarówno napęd jezdny kombajnu, poprzez paski klinowe, napęd urządzeń zbierających (poprzez przystawkę skrzyni biegów), jak i napęd młocarni bezpośrednio za pomocą skrzyżowanego pasa płaskiego. Z przodu zamontowano heder własnej konstrukcji i wykonania z mechanizmem tnącym przystosowanym z kosiarki konnej oraz dwustopniowy przenośnik podający zboże do młocarni, w postaci taśm z grubego płótna opartego na pasach klinowych, prowadzonych na wałkach, z zamocowanymi zębatymi poprzeczkami, które ułatwiają przenoszenie zboża. Za silnikiem na ramie znajduje się niewielki drewniany pomost, na którym opierają się worki na wymłócone ziarno, przypięte do wysypów młocarni. Ponad przenośnikiem taśmowym znajduje się pomost operatora kombajnu, z niezbędnymi mechanizmami sterowniczymi. Przekładnia kierownicza pochodzi z samochodu Żuk. Koła prowadzące skrętne znajdują się na tylnej osi, zamocowanej pod tylną częścią pudła młocarni.

Testing will lasting for several months even a year before we start bulk production.

By the way, you may found that there are some seedlings were not planted well, few of them even floating on water. Why? It's not because of too deep water, but caused by field has not ploughed well, there are some holes in it, those seedlings just planted into these holes which there is no mud but only water, so seedlings can not be catched and stand there.
