ㄱ. 겹받침
— 겹받침은 두 개의 자음으로 이루어진 받침입니다. — 겹받침: ㄱㅅ, ㄴㅈ, ㅂㅅ, ㄴㅎ, ㄹㅎ, ㄹㅂ, ㄹㅅ, ㄹㅌ, ㄹㄱ, ㄹㅁ, ㄹㅍ — 발음: 겹받침의 경우에도, 받침소리 7개중에 하나로 발음합니다.
1) 받침소리 [ㄱ] — ㄱㅅ, ㄹㄱ = [ㄱ] — 넔, 닭 = [넉, 닥]
2) 받침소리 [ㄴ] — ㄴㅈ, ㄴㅎ = [ㄴ] — 앉, 많 = [안, 만]
3) 받침소리 [ㄷ] — 해당사항 없음 X
4) 받침소리 [ㄹ] — ㄹㅎ, ㄹㅂ, ㄹㅅ, ㄹㅌ = [ㄹ] — 싫, 덟, 곬, 핥 = [실, 덜, 골, 할]
5) 받침소리 [ㅁ] — ㄹㅁ = [ㅁ] — 삶 = [삼]
6) 받침소리 [ㅂ] — ㅂㅅ, ㄹㅍ = [ㅂ] — 값, 읊 = [갑, 읍]
7) 받침소리 [ㅇ] — 해당사항 없음 X
(※ 겹받침은 발음할 때 예외사항이 많아, 겹받침의 대표적인 발음으로 적었습니다.)
ㄴ. 한국어의 음절구조
— 한글은 음절단위로 씁니다. — 4개의 음절구조
1) 모음: 오이
2) 자음 모음: 나무
3) 모음 자음 (받침): 얼음
4) 자음 모음 자음 (받침): 한글
