How to fix Canon MP287 error E08 or iP2770/iP2772 error 5B00

On Canon MP287, error E08 mean, the ink absorber is almost full. The solution is to do reset.
Here is how to reset MP287 printers
1. Service Mode iP2770 and MP287
Plugged the power cord and the printer is off
Press and hold RESUME button, then
Press and hold POWER button, then release the RESUME button (the POWER button still pressed)
Press the RESUME button 5 TIMES, then release the POWER button.
The computer will detect new devices. This situation is called SERVICE MODE
Press CANCEL and the printer ready to reset.
2. Reset Canon iP2770 and MP287
Download Resetter MP287 or Resetter iP2770
If your printer is Canon Pixma iP2770, open this link How to fix iP2770 erro 5B00
If your printer is Canon Pixma MP287, follow instruction bellow
Extract file and open file Resetter Canon MP287.exe
Load a paper in the printer
Click the MAIN, and printer will print one page, with the words D = 000.0
Click the EEPROM Clear
Close application, then turn off printer.
Turn on printer and try to print
Have problem when use software re-setter, read this Problems when Reset Canon Printer
When try to print, appear error E13 on MP287, or error E16 on iP2770 (reset cartridge black or color)
Press and hold stop/reset button (7 second)
Printer ready to use

Matikan printer.................
Tekan dan tahan tombol resume tahan...........
lalu tekan tombol power lalu lepaskan tombol resume
(tombol power tetap di tekan atau di tahan)
tekan tombol resume sebanyak 6x lalu lepaskan
secara bersamaan
Lampu LED Power (warna hijau) akan berkedip dan tunggu sampai led-nya diam
setelah printer sudah sukses masuk dalam service mode
Pada kondisi ini komputer akan mendeteksi new hardware ini abaikan saja
dan pada device & printer, status printer......... akan menjadi offline dan muncul new device
Buka SOFWARE RESET Service Tool 3.2 & 3.4 dan cek video

Use these methods only on cartridges with the head built into the cartridge, Like hewlett packard, samsung, and most of canon and lexmark.
Do not use in epson cartridges, brother, and canon cartridges without printhead.
it would be useless. in this type of printer, the printhead is in the printer.

Printer canon biasanya sering terjadi error pada saat kita melakukan cetak dokumen, banyak sekali jenis error yang muncul salah satunya adalah error p07 atau error 5b00, khususnya pada printer canon mp287.
Kondisi reset ini adalah kondisi dimana printer dalam keadaan full counter atau jumlah cetak sudah melebihi batas, jadi apabila kita mau print akan muncul error p07 pada seven segmen printer, dan akan muncul error 5b00 service riquired pada layar komputer.
Dalam video ini saya mencoba mempraktekkan bagaimana cara melakukan reset printer canon mp287 dengan menggunakan software reset printer canon v3400.
Sebelum melakukan reset maka kita harus mengkondisikan printer dalam keadaan safe mode, lalu baru bisa melakukan reset printer denagn software, berikut langkahnya :
1. matikan printer
2. tekan & tahan tombol stop/reset, dengan masih menekan tombol stop/reset tekan tombol power
3. dengan masih menekan tombol power lepaskan tombol stop/reset, lalu tekan lagi tombol stop/reset sebanyak 6X.
4. lepaskan semua tombol secara bersamaan.
5. buka aplikasi software resetter printer canon.
lakukan reset sesuai seperti video.
