Holmer Terra Dos holt Weltrekord in der Rübenernte [Der Film]

Ende September 2015 rodete ein HOLMER Terra Dos T4-30 Zuckerrübenvollernter mit 12-Reihen HR12 Vorsatz in der Nähe des Dorfes Liepen in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in 24 Stunden einen Gesamtfläche von 85, 6 Hektar. Wir haben das beeindruckende Vorhaben mit der Kamera begleitet. Zum Abtransport der Zuckerrüben waren zwei John Deere Traktoren und ein HOLMER Terra Variant 600 eingesetzt. In questo filmato vediamo al lavoro un Same Explorer 85 con una scavapatate Grimme SE 70-20: ha un pick up da 70cm e una tramoggia che contiene 20 quintali di prodotto. Alla movimentazione dei big bag abbiamo il mio New Holland M100 con un muletto posteriore.

Tijdens een rondje door de Antwerpse Kempen zag ik bij toeval Loonbedrijf Marla uit Rijkevorsel (B) bezig mais in ronde balen te persen met een Orkel MP2000 Compactor pers/wikkel combinatie. Niet het spannendste om te filmen maar toch intersant om te zien, vandaar dit korte filmpje.


Orkel’s agricultural compactors transform bulk material such as maize and grass into easy-to-handle round bales, using nothing but plastic wrap. Some materials can be reduced in volume by up to three times thus producing a compact and consistent unit package.
This in turn leads to several major advantages; • improved internal logistics, • clean and simplified storage, • long distance transport made easy, A waterproof plastic wrap is applied to keep the bale sealed and intact, preventing spillage and damage caused by moisture
The round bales have a fixed width of 85 cm. and the diameter can vary from 85 till 90 cm. This size of bale is very suitable for horse owners or small farmers The bale weight f.i. in maize will vary from 350 till 500 kg. depending on the dry matter

Máquina cosechadora de trabajo/ funcionamiento continuo OE4

Modelo OE4 – Esta máquina cosechadora se basa en un principio de sistema único.

La función de vibración y de recolección se combina en una máquina de movimiento lateral al lado del árbol. En este tipo de máquina se utiliza un método de cosecha continua, es decir, los árboles se cosechan continuamente sin pausas. Para este propósito, la máquina está equipada con vibrador que funciona de manera continua.

Un mecanismo electro-hidráulico especial controla el proceso. Así, luego de la operación de vibración las frutas no caen al suelo, ya que una especie de paragua sobre las líneas de los árboles ayudará con el proceso. Desde el lado de la máquina y desde el paragua de recolección las frutas se obtienen a través de una obturación especial construida sobre una la cinta transportadora central.

Esto está diseñado de tal manera que, a pesar de la función de densidad, se sigue suministrando una operación de cosecha continua. Sobre las cintas transportadoras descendentes, el elevador y la fase de purificación las frutas serán transportadas a un conteiner propulsado en fila adyacente.

La cosechadora posee un chasis alto y de nivel de suspensión lateral controlado, de modo que sea capaz de adaptarse a las condiciones de terrenos más complicados. El operador puede realizar y supervisar desde cabina de todas las funciones de la máquina.

Todos los procesos de trabajo de la máquina se ejecutan de manera electro-hidráulica. La modificación de la recolección durante el transporte también será electro-hidráulica y sólo tardará alrededor de 2 minutos. La cosechadora posee una homologación para circular por carretera.

Continuously operating harvester OE4

Model OE4 – This harvester is based on a principle of single system. The vibration and collection function is combined in one side machine next to the tree.

In this type of machine a method of continuous harvest is used, i.e., trees are harvested continuously without pauses. For this purpose, the machine is equipped with a shaker which operates continuously. A special electro-hydraulic mechanism controls the process.

Thus, after this operation, fruits do not fall to the ground, as an umbrella over the lines of trees will help with the process. From the side of the machine and from umbrella, fruits are obtained through a special sealing built on a central conveyor belt. This is designed such that, despite the density function, is still providing a continuous harvest operation.

On the downstream conveyor, the elevator and the purification phase, fruits will be transported to an adjacent row powered container. The harvester has a chassis with high and controlled lateral suspension level, in such a way that it is able to adapt to more difficult areas. The operator can perform and supervise from cabin all machine functions.

All work processes of the machine are performed electro-hydraulically. Modification of the collection during transport will also be electro-hydraulic and will only take about 2 minutes. The harvester is authorized for road use.

Maishakselen met een Claas Jaguar 900 Field Shuttle CSL van Loonbedrijf De Bruyne uit Assenede, België.
De hakselaar is uitgerust met een 8rijige Kemper 470 maisbek.
De mais wordt hier afgevoerd met een New Holland T7070 Blue power en New Holland T7.210 BP beide met een aangedreven Dewa silagewagen.

Contractor De Bruyne from Assenede, Belgium is seen chopping forage maize with their Claas Jaguar 900 Field Shuttle forage harvester. A New Holland T7070 and T7.210 tractors both with Dewa silage trailers are used to cart the crop away.
