Pasos para cualquier ERROR al ejecutar el reset:
1.- Fijarte que tu impresora este conecta por cable USB
2.- Que no haya impresiones pendientes
3.- Que la impresora este como predeterminada y sea el modelo correcto en el sistema
4.- Que tu antivirus este desactivado en su totalidad antes de descargar
5.- La compatibilidad de tu sistema operativo (Windows)
6.- Descomprime el archivo (WinRar)
7.- Ejecutar como administrador
8.- Seguir los pasos del vídeo
9.- Cerrar el programa (si no se puede cerrar hágalo con el ejecutador de tares — Ctrl Alt Supr)
10.- Reinicie su impresora y vuelva a encender
11.- Imprimir una página de prueba
